\u221a PETS WANTED<\/strong> \u2013 If you are searching for a particular type of dog or cat for your family and you don\u2019t see it when you visit the shelter, ask the staff to put your information in the \u2018Pets Wanted Book\u2019. That way when an animal fitting that description comes in, we can contact you immediately.<\/p>\n

PETS WANTED FORM<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

\u221a TRAP LOAN<\/strong> \u2013 The shelter has a limited number of humane traps available to loan to Barren County residents. These can be used to catch stray or feral cats so that you can bring them to the shelter. A deposit of $50 in the form of cash or check will be held until the trap is returned to BRAWA.<\/p>\n

\u221a PET SUPPLIES<\/strong> \u2013 Tails R Us located in the shelter lobby has quality pet leashes, toys, crates, brushes and more. Every purchase benefits the shelter animals directly.<\/p>\n

\u221a MEMORIAL BRICKS AND PLAQUES – <\/strong>Honor a pet or an animal lover\/supporter with a memorial brick or plaque. Bricks start at $100 and up based on size, pet plaques are $25 and adding a supporters name to the wall plaque is $100. Contact Connie at BRAWA for more information<\/p>\n

\u221a COMMUNITY FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM – <\/strong>If you are a Barren County resident and you’re finding it hard to feed your dog or cat, please don’t let them go hungry. BRAWA has a community food program and will pay it forward through generous donations made to the shelter.<\/p>\n
