TRAP LOAN – The shelter has a limited number of humane traps available to loan to Barren County residents. These can be used to catch stray or feral cats so that you can bring them to the shelter. A deposit of $50 in the form of cash or check will be held until the trap is returned to BRAWA.

PET SUPPLIES – Tails R Us located in the shelter lobby has quality pet leashes by Premium TuffLock & Lupine, toys, crates, brushes and more. Every purchase benefits the shelter animals directly.

DOG LICENSING – Barren County dog owners can purchase their Barren County dog license at the shelter during regular hours of operation. The license serves as a means of identification that could be your dog’s ticket home, and all the proceeds of the license go to the Spay/Neuter Assistance Program. Cost is $5 for altered pets and $10 for unaltered pets.
